By accessing or using the Unfaa platform at unfaa.com ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Unfaa provides a multi-tenant e-commerce platform that enables merchants ("Shop Owners") to create online stores and manage products and orders.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account without prior written consent from Unfaa.

4. Merchant Responsibilities

Shop Owners are solely responsible for:

• The legality, accuracy, and completeness of their product listings and store content.
• Fulfilling orders and honoring their own return/refund policies.
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
• Ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions to sell their products on the Platform.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Platform to:

• Sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited goods or services.
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems.

6. Intellectual Property

The Unfaa platform, including its design, code, and trademarks, is owned by Unfaa and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload to your store, and you grant Unfaa a limited license to host and display that content to operate the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unfaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to Unfaa in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or conduct harmful to Unfaa, other users, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Unfaa is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
